Stainless Steel Slotted Angle Iron Shelves
Angle iron shelving primarily consists of columns and steel laminates, making it ideal for manually accessing lighter goods. This shelving is particularly effective for storing various small items when used with plastic turnover boxes, and it finds widespread application in the electronics industry and small parts warehouses.
By altering the spray powder on stainless steel slotted angle shelving or laying a special rubber plate, the shelving can be made anti-static.
Angle iron shelving is cost-effective, safe, and reliable, featuring easy assembly and disassembly. It can be used individually or freely combined into various configurations. Additionally, a universal wheel structure can be added at the base to facilitate mobility.
The top and bottom layers of the angle iron shelves are securely connected to the columns using double-angle codes and screws, ensuring stability.
The steel laminate is bent on all four sides to the required dimensions, with a concave stiffener welded underneath using spot welding. This design provides material efficiency, excellent load-bearing capacity, and a smooth surface.
Structures of Slotted Angle Iron Shelving:
Column:
Made of equilateral slotted angle steel with double-sided punched holes. The holes are arranged in a straight line with a 50mm spacing, used for hanging the laminate.
Shelf Steel Plate:
Manufactured from cold-rolled steel plates, bent and formed on all four sides to the required dimensions.
Connection:
The stand column and steel laminate are connected and fixed by snap pins and triangular fixing pieces.
Surface Treatment:
After processing, all shelf components undergo grinding, pickling, phosphating, automatic powder electrostatic spraying, and drying. The resulting shelves have a smooth and attractive surface, with adjustable laminates that are easy to assemble and disassemble.
Applications of Slotted Angle Iron Shelving:
Storage:
Suitable for storing small to medium-sized goods and light items, with a single-layer load capacity of up to 150kg.
Usage:
Primarily used for manual handling, storage, and picking.
Industries:
Widely used in shopping malls, supermarkets, enterprise warehouses, and public institutions.
