Generally speaking, the working principle of radio shuttle racking is: the forklift and other equipment place the goods on the front end of the roadway guide rail of the designed racking. Of course, this is put on the rail radio shuttle together with the pallet. Then through the automatic control system to send out instructions, the radio shuttle moves slowly to a certain position of the rack track, one by one intensive storage. When picking up the goods, generally follow the principle of “first in first out” and drive out to the front of the rack through the mobile lifting pallet position of the shuttle trolley. There are forklifts to pick up the goods. The number and operation efficiency of shuttles are determined by the depth of roadway, the total amount of goods, the frequency of shipment and other factors. The space utilization rate can reach about 90%.
From the perspective of actual use, in the early cost input, radio shuttle racks are higher than traditional pallet racks, but in the later long-term use process, the personnel cost and equipment maintenance cost of radio shuttle racks will be far lower than ordinary pallet racks. Therefore, for those who pursue long-term consideration, radio shuttle rack ing system is a better choice.
