Pallet racks are used to store unit pallet goods, and equipped with lane stacker and other storage and transportation machinery for operation. The high-rise metal rack shelf mostly adopts the integral structure, which is generally connected by the section steel welded shelf rack piece (with pallet) through the horizontal and vertical pull rod and beam and other components.
The side clearance shall take into account the storage accuracy of the goods at the original position, the parking accuracy of the stacker, the installation accuracy of the stacker and the metal rack, etc.; the width of the cargo support must be greater than the side clearance, so as to avoid the cargo side in the unsupported state.
It is suitable for large quantities and few varieties of goods with high space utilization. So what are the requirements for palletizing goods when enterprises use pallet racks?
1. Wooden, paper and metal containers and other rigid square goods are stacked in single or multiple layers, and packed with stretch or shrink film.
2. Paper or fiber goods shall be stacked in single layers and sealed with binding tape.
3. Sealed metal containers and other cylindrical goods are stacked in single or multiple layers, and wooden cargo covers are used for reinforcement.
4. Paper products and textile goods that need to be protected against moisture and water are stacked in a single or multi-layer staggered way. Angle support is added to stretched or shrunk film packaging goods, and reinforcement structures such as cargo cover and partition board are added.
5. One way or multi-layer stacking of fragile goods, adding wood support partition structure.
6. Cylinder containers of metal bottles or single layers of goods are stacked vertically, and frame and batten reinforcement structures are added.
7. Bag goods shall be stacked in staggered layers.
