Aceally inspection process including :
1.Thickness
2.Size (Length, Width ,Depth etc)
3.Weigh
4.Punching and cutting should be smooth
5.Bending efforts
6.Welding for beam connector should be full welding
7.Powder coating thickness (no less than 60-80μ)
8.Surface (should be clean and smooth)
9.Color (such as RAL 5015 for the upright, RAL 2004 for beam)
10.Package (such as Beam: Paper liner to protector connector, plastic film for beam/ Upright: wrap with plastic film and fasten with a belt )
11.Loading inspection
12.Adhesion test.
